Authors Guidelines

1. Authors submitting manuscripts to PJIS are required to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth review and publication process:

Manuscript Preparation

· Manuscripts should be typed in English using clear, concise and language.

· Submit your paper in Microsoft Word format (DOC or DOCX).

· Use a standard font such as Times New Roman, 12-point, with 1.5-line spacing.

· The paper should be organised as follows: Title, Author(s) and Affiliation(s), Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.

Formatting and Style

· Use APA, MLA referencing style consistently throughout the paper.

· Include tables and figures with appropriate titles and numbering.

· Ensure all citations in the text are included in the reference list.

Originality and Ethics

· Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration, or published elsewhere.

· Authors must avoid plagiarism and ensure proper acknowledgement of sources.

· Ethical clearance should be obtained where applicable (e.g., human or animal studies).

Submission Process

· Submit manuscripts via email to editor via primusjints@gmail.com or through the journal submission portal on our website.

· A confirmation email will be sent upon successful receipt of the paper.

Review and Publication

· All manuscripts undergo peer review at the payment of vetting fee of N5,000 and evidence sent to the Editor via: primusjints@gmail.com

· Authors will be notified of the editorial decision within 5 to 14 days of submission.

· Upon acceptance of manuscript, author(s) are required to pay the article publication fee before final publication.
